By subscribing to MandalaCraft and using our studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your relationship with us, so please take a moment to read them.
By accessing or using MandalaCraft ("the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
MandalaCraft is a browser-based mandala art studio accessible via paid subscription. The studio allows users to create mandala designs using radial symmetry tools, shape libraries, pattern brushes, and drawing instruments entirely within their web browser.
The studio is session-based — drawings are not saved to any server. Artwork exists only in your browser session. You are responsible for downloading your work before closing the studio.
Accounts are created automatically the moment your payment is confirmed. The email address you provide at checkout becomes your login username, and your mobile number becomes your default password. You may change your password anytime from within the studio after logging in, or by contacting us.
We currently offer two plans:
Subscriptions are not auto-renewing. Access expires on the date set at the time of activation. You must make a new payment to continue access after expiry.
Your account is activated automatically and instantly upon successful payment confirmation. In the rare event this does not happen, please reach out to us directly and we will activate it manually within a few hours.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of sharing or misuse.
You agree to use MandalaCraft only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Any mandala designs you create using MandalaCraft belong entirely to you. We make no claim over your creative work. You may use, publish, print, or sell your artwork freely without restriction.
Since all drawing is session-based and never uploaded to our servers, we do not have access to your artwork and cannot reproduce it.
The MandalaCraft platform — including its design, code, interface, templates, and shape libraries — is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without our express written permission.
We make reasonable efforts to keep MandalaCraft available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control (server outages, internet disruptions, etc.).
Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible. Brief unplanned downtime does not entitle you to a refund or subscription extension, unless it is prolonged and significant.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
In cases of termination due to a breach, no refund will be issued. In cases of unjust termination on our part, a pro-rata refund will be offered.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MandalaCraft and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of artwork due to session ending, browser crashes, or technical failures.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of significant changes via email where possible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
